Location - Jogeshwari

Position - MIS cum Finance Executive

Min Experience 3 5 years

Net Salary to be offered - INR. 44,000 (Monthly)


Key Responsibilities

Manage Sodexo Base finance and MIS Activities and ensure below task deliver timely.:

1. Follow up with team and timely consolidation of Site Monthly PI

2. Sodexo Vendor Trackers are maintained properly

3. Vendor Invoices are submit from site team timely.

4. Sodexo vendor payment release on time

5. Sodexo Vendor VBC Collection and reconciliation timely.

6. Base Data are maintain properly.

7. All Set reports share on time for further review for final submission

8. MIS Data collect and validate on time.

9. Support on all adhoc Sodexo Finance related activities.

Sodexo Monthly Billing and PI Co-ordination :

1. PI Collection and co-ordination with Site team

2. PI Checking with Vendor Invoice

3. PI Data consolidation for Service, Supply and R&M, On demand.

4. PI Documents get ready for final review.

5. Query closure and submission.

Sodexo Vendor Invoice reconciliation and Payment track :

1. Vendor outstanding tracker to be maintain with live update.

2. Vendor OS / VBC Collection and reconciliation.

3. Actions on Pending invoices as per VBC Reconciliation.

4. Payment OS to be track as per credit period and ensure vendor payment release on time.

5. Co-ordination with EMP team on invoice query closure and proactive follow up for payment.

6. Vendor Mail response on payment escalation and issue closure with details.

Sodexo JNJ PO Utilization :

1. Sodexo PO Utilization and Open/ Close status.

Sodexo Monthly Expense / Sales Provision prepare with Site team :

1. Prepare and Validate Site Sodexo Monthly provision

2. reconciliation for Invoice submission and pending for Provision

3. R&M provision for on going activities to be compile and consolidate with Sourcing

4. Previous month provision status with closure report.

5. Prepare Sales Provision with details for FM Service, Supply, R&M and On Demand.

6. Co-ordination with Sodexo regional finance for close open Provision and reversal

Sodexo Monthly/ Weekly / Fortnightly Finance reports :

1. Site PI/ Billing Status and Follow-up

2. Sodexo-JNJ Outstanding status in master tracker

3. Sodexo vendor Payment updates with Payment due 60,90,120 days.

4. Sodexo VBC and Vendor reconciliation status

5. End to End finance process and data Reports.

Other Reports and Supports :

1. Support on Monthly connection closure and co-ordination

2. Sodexo Internal Data analysis

3. Periodically forecast co-ordination

4. Annual Sodexo and JNJ Budget Co-ordination and support

Sodexo - MIS / Operational Executive

Operational MIS for Review:

1. Co-ordination with site lead for timely SMT/ FM Deck and KPI collection and Validation.

2. Ensure KPI to be timely upload with site team co-ordination.

3. Critical -10 Data to be collected and validate for review

4. Energy and Other Utility data consolidation form Site lead

4. Operational Data to be maintained

5. MOM for all operational and other meeting to be record and update.

6. Other Operational Adhoc report and assignment

OPERATIONAL OMT :

1. Co-ordination with site lead and central team for collection of data and consolidation

2. Site Saving initiative co-ordination and consolidation.
