We have an urgent opening for Facility Manager- Soft Services with a reputed client.

Location - Jaipur

Position - Facility Manager - Soft Services

Key Responsibilities:


1. Should have knowledge about Safety and Compliance

2. Should know EHS Policy,

3. Conducting compliance audits and ISO audits on behalf of clients


4. Basic Accounting Know

5. Billing and Invoicing Process

6. Vendor Payment tracking

7. Work closely with finance to ensure vendors are paid on time

Space Management:

8. Maintaining Attrition Tracker

9. Employee Headcount Data

10. Locker Management


12. Manpower and Vendor Management

13. Housekeeping: Chemical Knowledge, Cleaning Procedure/Equipment Knowledge

14. Technical: AMC Service

15. Inventory/Consumables Tracking

16. Assets Health Check Tracking

17. Waste Management Tracker

18. Conduct facility and EHS related trainings to the teams / vendors

19. Ability to lead the team

20. Should be able to coordinate with the building authorities for building related matters

21. Reporting to the client on daily and weekly basis

22. Make Daily Reports of Attendance, Consumable Report, and Incident Report & Clients Meeting Tracker.

23. Handling employees queries and resolving them in a professional manner.

24. Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.

25. Inspect and approve staff work performance.

26. Demonstrate leadership and training to staff.

27. Communicate effectively to staff.


28. Purchase Requisition, BOQ

29. Should have good negotiation skills with vendors

30. Should be able to quickly mobilize resources to meet the ever-changing demands

Caf and Transport Services:

  • Should be having an experience of 7 - 10years with Facility Management background with Degree Holder.
  • Should possess an eye for detail.
  • The person needs to have excellent communication skills, experience in working with a very young and demanding set of employees, having the ability to navigate in unknown circumstances and situations, and needs to connect well with the employees.

A very smart, energetic person who is capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed
