We are looking for Technical Manager

Expected Qualification-BE- Electrical/Electrical Electronics

Experience-12+ Years

Statutory Requirement-C License

Location-Whitefield -Bangalore

Candidate Must have good experience in :

  1. Qualification:- BE- Electrical/Electrical Electronics
  2. Experience:- Minimum Between 12 to 15 years In Electrical/Projects/Hands on Experience (On Ground)/Knowledge on HVAC/STP/WTP/FAS & PA/BMS.
  3. Needs to have Work Experience in Handling the Campus.
  4. Good in People Management.
  5. Location:- Accommodation Within 10 Kms from the office (Bangalore)
  6. Wiling to stay in P.G. as per Company Requirement.
  7. Language:- Good Command on English & Local Language Kannada.
  8. License:- Electrical Supervisor License Grade -1
  9. Additional Requirement:- ISO Standards Certified , EEE Standards, Knowledge of NBC (National Building Code), ASHRAE Standards, Quality Standards.
  10. Good Knowledge of using MS Office, Preferably Excel And PPT.
  11. Understanding and Implementation of EHS in Technical Areas.

  • Daily briefing and review with the Shift Engineers to set the tempo and focused approach for the day.
  • Review the daily reports, analyze the daily consumption pattern for Engineering consumables, utilities, issues, and take up corrective and preventive steps by delegating the same to the team.
  • Coordinating client team and client SPOC for repairs that affect normal operation of airport with the help of internal team or external vendors as applicable.
  • Facilitate effective planning and implementation of all electrical, water, other service outages and scheduled shutdowns.
  • Daily meeting with facility manager to facilitate structured approach to address routine issues, works or initiatives.
  • Preparation and consolidation of MIS reports - monthly and annual reports, which shall also include team's performance, budgets and project status.
  • Maintain statutory compliance reports in updated condition.
  • Conducts performance reviews of team members and gives them periodic feedback.
  • Ensure team morale by fair rewards and recognition programs.
  • For vacant positions conducts interviews to close positions with quality resources.
  • For all purchases such as materials or equipments, prepare a proper business case to ensure effectiveness of expenditure as per Budget.
  • During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to the Chief Fire Marshall.
  • Responsible for training replacement of the staff.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, policies and procedures.
  • Preparation of 52-week PM schedule, monitor, ensure 100% adherence.
  • In consultation with the Client take up quarterly initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain cordial relationship with the Client and team.
  • All Statutory Compliances to be adhered
  • All Equipment Health check to be carried out on a monthly basis
  • Ensure the Equipment up & running 100%
  • Quarterly submission of DG Statutory compliances
  • Form - V Returns to be submitted on a periodic basis
  • CEIG Inspection to be conducted as per the statutory compliances
  • Adherence HSD Storage compliances and statutory documents compliances.
  • PCB statutory compliances (half yearly; Form-II; Form IV; water cess payment monthly)
  • Calibration of technical equipment's, Measuring Instruments, Relays, etc.
  • HSE DMS pertaining to energy, environment, water, electrical safety Reports to be submitted on Monthly basis
  • Review of PMC records as per the SAMACO compliances
  • Ensure proper work permits are issued as per the Compliance
  • Waste management (hazard, e-waste and hazardous water) as per the compliances
  • Fire safety compliances to be monitored and adhered
  • Fortnightly electrical safety rounds to be carried out and CAPA to be prepared
