Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of HTM professionals to achieve our economic objectives, revenue and profitability for the region
  • Build relationships and work with our clients to add value to their business and win new account.
  • Work hand-in-hand with all support department of Sodexo and provide assistance, expertise, and references to jointly grow the business
  • Manage the Sodexo teams; Attract, Develop, and Retain the talent; Build diverse teams
  • Build Winning Teams
  • Foster the Sodexo culture in compliance with the Groups core values (service spirit, team spirit, spirit of progress) and its ethical principles (trust, respect for people, transparency, and business integrity).
  • Create an environment that promotes integrity, transparency, trust and meritocracy. Functional Responsibilities
  • Drive the HTM business strategy and deploy initiatives to grow and transform the business
  • Accountable for P&L for the Delhi NCR HTM and ensuring targets are achieved
  • Manage operations to ensure client delight and operational excellence
  • Ensure operations are managed safely and in compliance with the laws of the land
  • Deliver unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life; and more generally work closely with the support functions.
